Landscape Laborer Responsibilities
- Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
- Assist with mulching, planting, pruning, and property cleanups
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Assist with installation of sod and hardscape materials
- Follow crew leader instructions and maintain productivity standards
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience with a professional landscaping company preferred
- Valid driver’s license required (CDL preferred but not required)
- Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and team mindset
- Dependable attendance
Position Details

- Pay Range: $17–$21 per hour (based on experience)

- Schedule: Monday–Friday (seasonal overtime possible)
