Landscape Foreman / Crew Leader Job Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a landscaping crew
- Survey client properties and determine scope of work
- Design basic landscape layouts
- Estimate labor hours and materials
- Coordinate scheduling with clients
- Prepare crews and equipment for daily job sites
- Supervise and instruct crew members (Spanish-speaking team)
- Ensure proper job costing and material tracking
- Perform winter equipment maintenance
- Assist with seasonal planning and hiring
Qualifications
- 3+ months experience as Landscaping Worker, Laborer, or similar role
- Experience leading crews preferred
- Fluency in English required
- Spanish preferred (not required)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong knowledge of plant varieties and landscaping equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Schedule: Monday–Friday (occasional seasonal overtime)
